Lisa Greenlee Reelected as Chair of OETA Governing Board

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma — The Oklahoma Educational Television Authority (OETA) proudly announces the reelection of Lisa Greenlee of Altus as Chair of its Board of Directors.

Greenlee, originally appointed to the OETA Board in 2020 by Governor Kevin Stitt and confirmed by the Oklahoma Senate, represents the state’s 3rd Congressional District. She previously served as Board Chair from 2022 to 2023 and now succeeds Wendy Argenbright in this leadership role.

“OETA’s mission is stronger because of Lisa Greenlee’s steady and thoughtful leadership,” said Shawn Black, Interim Executive Director of OETA. “Her commitment to public service and education reflects the values at the heart of public television in Oklahoma.”

Lisa Greenlee is a retired educator with more than 35 years of service in public education, career tech, and higher education. Her career milestones include becoming the first female Vice President of Academic Affairs at Western Oklahoma State College, where she began as a business faculty member in 1996.

Throughout her tenure, she held several key leadership roles, including:

  • Director of the Business Information Systems Division

She is also a proud recipient of the Friend of Altus Award, the highest civilian honor awarded by Altus Air Force Base, recognizing her dedication to supporting the military community.
