Email share

Oklahoma’s only statewide news broadcast, the Oklahoma News Report (ONR), airs 7 p.m. CST, every Friday night on the Oklahoma Educational Television Authority (OETA). This award-winning broadcast offers an in-depth exploration of news and issues affecting all Oklahomans.

Some of the stories covered on this week’s Oklahoma News Report include:

  • An in-depth, statewide report on what is being done to combat food deserts and food insecurity in Oklahoma.
  • A general pays his first visit as a commanding officer to Tinker Air Force Base. We will share his vision for the base’s future.
  • The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigations (OSBI) is getting more money to improve its forensics lab, in an effort to solve more cold cases.
  • There has been a disturbing rise in the number of suicides among Air Force personnel. Why and what can be done to reverse the trend?

Join us Friday night for these and other stories, business news and more on ONR.
