Email share

Tuesday, August 8, 2017, the Oklahoma Supreme Court heard the oral arguments concerning the legality of new revenue-raising measures recently passed by the legislature. The three different lawsuits involved a new tax on automobiles, a new cigarette fee, and a suit from Gary Richardson challenging many of the legislature's decisions.

OETA has provided footage of all three hearings in their entirety.
