OETA hosts many virtual events, screenings, and discussions. From Back in Time: Osage Murders - Reign of Terror, to The Black Church, to Philly D.A., to name a few from just this year.
If you've signed up for a virtual event, here's a video guide on how to attend! From getting your ticket to attending the event, this tutorial explains the process of registration through EventBrite and watching the screening on OVEE.
We use Eventbrite for the registration of all our events. This is where you sign up/register/RSVP and get your "ticket." When you get your "ticket," please note this isn't an actual ticket—you will not be sent a ticket for the event. You will also never need to pay for a "ticket." For our events, getting your "ticket" means reserving your spot for the event. It is you registering to attend the event.
We host all of our events on OVEE. This is where you will watch (attend) the screening event. You can sign up for an OVEE account now, or you can attend the event as a guest—meaning you don't have to have an account to watch events/screenings.
