FUNCTIONAL FUSION
They’re used to working alone. They’re used to bringing their ideas to life unhindered by restrictions. They’re used to being singularly accomplished artists in their individual fields, but when they’re thrown together to carry out a common mission full of regulations, there’s no telling what these Oklahoma artists will come up with. State art maven, Laura Warriner knew it would be wonderful, but challenging when she asked 50 Oklahoma creatives to design artistic and functional furniture for an entire house. The process was exhausting, but the results? You won’t believe just how artistic your home furnishings could be. You can see the “Functional Fusion” of art and furniture on Gallery in February.

He’s a chart topping country crooner who’s never forgotten his Oklahoma roots.
Wade Hayes went big time when he left Bethel Acres and moved to Nashville. That was back in 1994 when his first album, “Old Enough to Know Better” went gold and the title song hit number one on Billboard’s hot country singles and tracks. Today Wade Hayes is a country music star and is known as one of the best guitar players in the business.
He credits his talent to his dad, Don Hayes who played country music in clubs around the country and taught his son everything he knew. The Hayes family still lives in Bethel Acres and once a year they throw a community wide party that draws fans from across the county to Oklahoma and draws Wade back home.
Gallery gets up close and personal with Wade Hayes and his family in Bethel Acres as they keep their love of music and their love for each other in perfect harmony. Don’t miss Gallery in October for this special presentation.
